FREQUENT TRAVELER GUARANTEE CONDITIONS:
1. Airport cancellations must be received at least 12 hours before the scheduled pick up time to avoid full charge.
2. Charters and Special events must be canceled at least 1 month in advance to avoid full charge.
3. Any “No Show” (i.e., reservations not canceled properly) will be charge to the credit card listed above at your
    corporate rate plus a 20% gratuity.
4. Frequent Travelers may, at the time of reservation, arrange to "prepay" their travel. Prepaid Travel means 
    that a payment will be charged to the credit card listed above without signing a credit card slip at the time of 
    service.  Prepaid Travel will be charged at the corporate rate plus 20% gratuity.
5. Any check from a Frequent Traveler that is returned as unpaid will be charged to the credit card listed above 
    plus a $25.00 fee.
6. Frequent travelers may have a monthly receipt faxed to them for an additional $20.00 per month. This fee is 
    reduced to $10.00 per person per month if your company has more than 5 frequent travelers on file.
